It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jean Grace Griffon, 90 years of Salt Springs, Pictou Co., and formerly of Springhill. 

Born in Millvale, Cumb. Co., she was a daughter of the late Russell and Effie (Carter) Dobson.

Jean adored her husband, and always looked forward to the day they'd be reunited.  She was a great matriarch, loving her daughter, her grandkids and great grandkids.  She loved her cottage, and always looked forward to family gatherings at the shore.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter Judy (David) Killen; grandchildren Karla (Dan) Deale, Troy (Claudine) Killen; 2 great grandchildren Taylor and Braydon; as well as cousin Isabelle Lewis.

She was predeceased by her husband Emile Griffon; and brothers Chesley and Fred.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of A H Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, NS, (902-597-2361). Cremation has taken place and she was buried beside her husband Emile in the Hillside Cemetery, Springhill, NS.
