It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dianna Lynn Harrison, age 76, Springhill, NS Dianna passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre with her loving family by her side.

Born in Brandon, MB, she was a daughter of the late Richard Parker and Rowena and Cecil Lelond.

Dianna mostly enjoyed being at home with her family. Family was her life, she was beyond happy when any of her family came for visits. She especially loved get-togethers and sleep overs with the grandkids where they would bake and craft together. 

She was very creative and made prize winning Halloween costumes for both Lynn and Tanya and later made them for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing cards and board games and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. She spent many hours watching game shows with her husband, Allie, who was the absolute love of her life.

Dianna was a member of the Salvation Army Women’s League and she volunteered many hours to the Christmas Kettle Campaign. She had a heart of gold, best smile and loved everyone.

Dianna was the beloved wife of Allister Harrison and will be sadly missed by her daughters Lynn (Jim) and Tanya (Mike); also by her grandchildren Kyle, Bradley, Mandy, Brianna, and Kennedy, and her great-grandchildren Mika, Hunter, Wyatt and Lyncoln. She also leaves behind her siblings Glen (Shannon), Keith (Rabecca), Vince (Roselle) and many nieces, nephews, close friends and her dog Sheba.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard Parker, mother, Rowena Lelond, step-Father, Cecil Lelond, mother-In-Law Johnena Harrison and her sister Jo-Ann Ried.

Arrangements are under the care of AH Brown Funeral Home, 5 MacFarlane Street, Springhill NS (902-597-2361) a Celebration of Life has already taken place and burial will take place in the Hillside Cemetery on Tuesday May 21st at 10:00am.
