Marjorie Jennett Slack (nee Ross), age 74, passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.

Born in Shelburne, NS, she was the daughter of the late St. Claire Bradford and Daisy Margaret (Noiles) Ross.

Aunt Puffball enjoyed softball, snowmobiling, and four wheeling. She was always up for an adventure.

Marjorie will be dearly missed by her brother Bradford Ross of Two Islands; sister-in-law Debbie (Ralph Adams) of Southampton; nephews Gerry (Stephanie) Ross of Springhill, Troy (Michelle) Ross of Farmington, NS, Ronnie (Christine) Ross of Edmonton, AB, Travis (Angela) Porter-Ross of Springhill, Jason (Valarie) Ross of Edmonton, AB and Brad (Brittany) Ross as well as several great nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Ronnie Slack, brother Wayne, sister-in-law Abbie Ross and a niece Ellie Gouchie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to A. H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, (902 597 2361) where visitation will take place Tuesday, October 17th, 2023 from 1 PM to 2 PM followed immediately by a funeral service and burial.
