It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Ann Godfrey, 78 years, of Dartmouth, on Sunday, December 19, 2021 just two months after her husband Carl.

Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Clarence W. and Alma L. (Colburn)  Bennett.

Sharon enjoyed knitting, reading, and gardening as well as trips to Las Vegas, New Hampshire and Toronto.

Sharon will be missed by her daughter, Virginia; her son, Carl, and her honourary granddaughter, Alyssa Mohammed. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Carl, and her brothers, Dougie, Sammy and Freddie.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of A. H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill.  A private, by-invitation Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
