It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Lynn Taylor, 59, of Springhill, NS on December 31, 2021 at her residence.  Donna was a daughter of the late Cleveland and Luella (Richardson) Taylor.

Donna loved the beach, doing crafts, and getting a good deal while shopping.  She enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.  She was deeply caring and giving with a big heart.  She would always love sending people cards and gifts.  Donna was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend.

Donna will be dearly missed by, her fiancé, Carl Margeson, Springhill; her daughter, Nichole (Devon Parsons) Richardson, Halifax; her grandchildren, Alina Murphy and Caden Brady; step-children, David (Melissa) Margeson, Tyler (Stacey) Margeson and Bryan Margeson; seven step-grandchildren; her special mother-in-law, Diane (Grant Jackson) Schurman; a brother-in-law, Amos (Tresure) Margeson; a sister-in-law, Darlene (George McAloney) Ellis; three sisters, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends.

Besides her parents, Donna was predeceased by her grandmother Mary F. Bond, who raised her, as well as her two sisters, Marie and Tara.

Arrangements are under the care and supervision of A.H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, NS (902-597-2361).  Cremation has taken place and there are to be no services at this time.

Donations in memory of Donna may be made to the Cumberland Hospice Society or a local Food Bank of one’s choice.
