With deep sadness, we must announce the passing of Roberta "Bobby" Merry, age 86, of Springhill on Sunday, July 6, 2014 in All Saints Hospital, Springhill.  

Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the late Myles and Christina (Gillis) Churchill.

Bobbie worked in Toronto for 31 years at Spa Aero Space as an Electronic Mehanical Assembler and Technician.  She enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time in the outdoors.  Bobbie loved life, and always dedicated herself to her work and her family.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband Elisha Brown, Springhill; niece, Sharon Wall; great nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by, her second husband, John Merry; step son, John Merry; two infant children; sister Shirley Terris.

Arrangements have been entrusted to A H Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane St., Springhill (902-597-2361).  In keeping with Bobby's wishes, cremation has taken place.  A graveside service will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 11 am in the Hillside Cemetery, Springhill.
