It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Angela "Angie" Deanne Hunter, a Registered Pharmacy Technician and resident of Springhill, NS. She passed away unexpectedly on March 4th, 2020 at the age of 50 while on vacation in Cuba.

Angie loved Cats, her work, her family, especially her sons, and a good glass of wine.  She worked at Pharmachoice here in Springhill, before she schooled, and ever since.  In addition, she worked at her father's store, and worked for CRHCC at the Hospital Pharmacy.  She had a huge smile and an even bigger heart with a laugh that could bring you out of the darkness.  She played as hard as she worked, she took her family on vacations south often over the last few years and thoroughly enjoyed spending her down time with friends and family (and a cat or two).  Though life gave her obstacles, she met everyone with a smile and unbounded determination.

Angie is survived by her parents; Jessie & Dan Hunter, her fiancé; Brian Sharpe; brother Nick  (Tara Rae McLean) Hunter; sister Beth (Ray) Gouchie; children Josh (Kirsty) Riemersma, Daniel Riemersma, Kristian Stiles & Noah Stiles; special niece and nephew Emma and Jesse Gouchie; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to A.H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, (902 597 2361).  Due to recent events with COVID 19, her Celebration of Life will be held for Family Only with the public being invited to participate via the Live Broadcasting on her obituary through the funeral home website on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 2 pm.

On her Birthday, July 24, 2020, a Public Graveside Service will be held at 11 AM at Hillside Cemetery, Springhill, and everyone will be invited to share stories, and love one another in her memory.

If so desired, donations in Angie's memory may be made to CARMA, or the charity of your choice.

Sharing of memories and condolences may be sent to the family by visiting Angie's online memorial at www.brownsfuneralhome.com or through the A.H. Brown Funeral Home Facebook Page.
