It is with sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann Martin (Fields) age 66, of Springhill, NS, at her home on Saturday, October 6, 2018. 

Born in Amherst, NS, on April 9, 1952, Debby was the only child of Jean Fields and the late Charles Fields of Amherst.

Debby enjoyed a busy life raising three sons with her late husband, Danny, of 39 years. They enjoyed four wheeling and snowmobiling, and camping at Fountain Lake and Five Islands, where she made many friends and great memories. In recent years, she loved spending time at the family cottage in Carrs Brook.

Debby also loved music and singing karaoke and spending time with family and friends. She especially cherished time spent with her precious granddaughters.

She will be dearly missed by her three sons, Charlie (Anna Trask), Springhill; Matthew (Lindsay), Fredericton; and Josh (Andrea Wilchuck), Springhill; four granddaughters, Riley, Faith, Olivia and Raine, her mother, Jean Fields, and Danny’s siblings and their families.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of A.H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill (902-597-2361) from where a time of visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018, from 12 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2 pm.  Interment to follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Springhill.  

Donations in memory of Debby may be made to the Canadian Kidney Foundation.
