Margaret Bernice Langille (nee Haggarty), age 73, of Springhill, passed away with her husband by her side on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at her home.

Born in Springhill, she was daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (Johnston) Haggarty.

Margaret Bernice volunteered at the Junction Road Elementary for many years. Never afraid of hard work, she worked along side her husband on many projects including building their own home. She was a member of All Saints Anglican Church, Springhill, NS. Most of all, Margaret Bernice was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, always putting her family ahead of herself.

Margaret Bernice will be sadly missed by her husband of 44 years, Kenneth Langille, Springhill; sons Daniel (Denise), Saint John, NB, and Andrew (Andrea), Ottawa, ON; 5 grandchildren Robyne, Brittney, Connor, Marcus, and Isaac; great granddaughter Cloe; brother, Daniel (Elizabeth) Haggarty, Ottawa, ON; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Predeceased by her brothers Edward and Earl, sister Dorothy Spence, Gloria Faidel, and Marjorie MacDonald.

Arrangements have been entrusted to AH Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane St, Springhill (902-597-2361). Visitation will take place at All Saints Anglican Church, Springhill on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2 pm, Rev. Dr. Brian J. Spence officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
