Paul W. Brown, 85 years of age, of East Mapleton, NS, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. Born in East Mapleton, he was a son of the late Aaron and Gertrude  Mae (MacAloney) Brown.

Paul was involved with the Scouts for many years. He was a basic bachelor who enjoyed the simple life. He was a member of the Orange Lodge.

He will be sadly missed by his brother, Elisha of Springhill, NS ,several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predceased by several brothers and sisters.Arrangements are under the care and direction of  A.H. Brown Funeral Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill (902-597-2361) No visitation or service by request. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the charity of your choice.
